About Me
I'm an agent and an investor.  Worked for AT&T for 30 years, took early retirement and went into real estate.  Extensive background in sales.  I work for a small, investor friendly agency in Maryland and belong to our local REI.  Being an agent is a nice complement to investing. I own a few rentals and am looking to enlarge my portfolio.  Ethics are very important.  If everyone profits, then its a good deal. 
My Business
As stated earlier, I'm a full time agent.  My niche seems to be working with fellow investors.  I guess this is because I came from Corporate America where the bottom line was the decision maker.  I really don't care if the drapes match the bedspread, if you know what I mean.  Our agency is small and all of our agents are fellow investors.  Our broker is also an investor, so we all understand the business of real estate investing.  I'm a wholesaler and a buy and hold investor.
