Panicked

When I first started in the business some time ago, I was truly a rookie. I had just set up everything (800 number, web site, business cards, etc.) 2 days later I was on my computer researching and the business phone ranged and without thinking, I answered it by just saying hello. The party asked if this was Dayta Note Services and I panicked and hung up abruptly. My heart was pounding and I sat there looking dumbfounded.

Now, I often think about that moment and start laughing. Silly Me!
