Hi Dave , I have heard you speak several times through calls and webinars, you are an inspiring story , I am just starting out in investing, and my goal is to either eventually have enough capital to purchase a commercial property  by wholesaling or other means , or find a deal with little cost upfront  for that passive income , I finally realized Dave you dont have to be rich just figure your living cost and then find something that brings that money in without having to give up your time , I am 42 years old working odd jobs all my life nothing to show for it , its time for a change for me and my family , thanks for all the great info you provide , would you add me to your contact list Dave , thanks again and God bless  you and yours ,   take care     dan
