About Me
I am a substitute school teacher and an audio technician for a local church. I have a B.B.A. and in the summer I teach, babysit, wash windows, and do pretty much anything to suppliment my income. I have learned creative real estate investment strategies. I have structured loans before, but I have yet to open and close a deal successfully.
Right now, I would like to get into multi-family properties. I would like to start with a 4-plex or 5-plex in a decent area with decent rental rates. I am looking for people to network with and partner up with me on some of my first deals. I mainly need financing, but I also need to meet and learn from some experienced real estate professionals.
