I just wanted to pop in and let you know that REI Lead Tracker is finally complete (it took me forever). It's marketing tracking software for any real estate professional - geared more towards an investor, but anyone that spends money on marketing/advertising could get tremendous value in using it. Well, you're just everywhere I seem to go if it has anything to do with Real Estate. Thanks for the free e-books. I think I downloaded them from the magicbullets.com website whom I was referred to by Biker Jim (whom I met on Ryze.com). I was just on Propertydoctors.com and you were there too.
