My Tenant Left the house for 2 days unknowing that the Toilet Flapper was left open causing the water pump to constantly pump water for 2 days until my Catchment Tank of Water went Dry. Here in Hilo, we have our own water Catchement System versus County Water. It's because Hilo rains so much we can catch our own water. We catch water from gutter systems around the whole house roof...It travels through 3-4 inch PVC pipes to the Catchement Tank. The water is soft versus the County Water.
