My name is Mario and I'm from the beautiful Central Coast of California. I grew up in the 5-cities area and I love it and currently my new home is in Arroyo Grande.
My Business
I've always been interested in Real Estate and how to create wealth by investing in it. It wasnt until a few months ago that I realized how it can be done without using the old conventional methods. Right now I'm working on Wholesaleing and Assingment of Contract with the goal of Flipping and owning Multi-Family Properties to generate monthly cash flow and equity.
