About Me
I am a 39 year old entrepreneur and have a beautiful wife and two children that I adore. Everything I do in life, I do with thinking about those three people in my life, and how it will effect them. I am the founder of GarageMaxx Inc. and Homeowner HelpLine LLC. In early 2001 I developed a product made for residential garage storage and organization. I named it SmartWall which is a PVC wall panel that was designed to interact with well over 100 storage accessories, from cabinets and racks to sports racks and baskets. These accessories easily snap in and out, and slide from side to side along my patent pending SmartWall paneling. These features have made the GarageMaxx Storage System, the most flexible system available on the market. In late 2001, I brought SmartWall to market, and sold garage storage systems to Long Island Homeownerts for many years. In 2007 I decided to sell my prototype operation, and invest everything I had to expand this concept through selling franchises nationwide. We currently have submitted the piles of legal documents to the states for approval and are set to launch the sales of franchises in March of 2008, While awaiting the various approvals, I decided to get involved in real-estate investments as a vehicle to produce the income that my family and I have grown acustom too. I immediatly started my RE career on a fulltime basis and after some quick success, I have decided to work on building my real-estate business fast and furious, My RE business consists of Short Sales, Wholesaling and Rehabbing. I prefer to stay focused in the Pre-Foreclosure Market. I am just as excited about my real-estate business today as I am with the prospect of launching the sales of franchises across the country. In fact I have outsourced alot of the GarageMaxx business to allow me to spend as much time as possible learning the secrets of the Real-Estate Investment trade. I have been using the sales and marketing I learned from building GarageMaxx into real-estate investment business, and it seems to be working very well. I am looking foward to reaching out to some of you fellow real-estate investors to help me grow my RE business, and on the other hand, I will be available to anyone willing to listen to what I know about business through my experience of starting a company from the ground up. If their is one piece of advice I can give without hesitation, it would be " You Cannot Fail, If You Do Not Quite". We will make mistakes, and fall down from time to time, but if we don't stop trying, we can only get better and better, until we eventually start mastering the RE trade, and by the looks of some of the people I have been fortunate enough to have met in this lucrative field, Those people who never gave up and have mastered this trade, I think it safe to say they will never have to worry about money again. I am excited to have joined this great bunch of fellow investors, and I look foward to helping when I think I can as well as getting the help that I may need. I am a strong beliver in "What Comes Around, Will Certainly Go Around".
