I was recently married to the love of my life, Holly. She is everything I have ever wanted in a life partner. Pretty cool to find that person, huh? Yeah, I think so too!
By the way, my real estate investment business is the reason we were able to get married in Fiji, at sunset, on the water, by a Fijian minister. This business DOES work, as long someone puts in the work required. It is not an easy road to haul, but I can assure you, it is well work all the blood, sweat and tears.

Boot camps and real estate trainings are chock-full of people who think that if they just learn one more technique, they will be able to get out there and make it all happen. BULL! I didn't even know what a mortgage was when I got started in this business. Heck, my first deal was a subject to and I literally followed step by step out of a book, how to complete a sub-to. All I knew was that I would be making payments and he would deed his house into my trust.
?Are you a gamer?
Analysis paralysis is a stone-cold killer. There are potentially so many angles to look at every deal from that a lot of times "thinking about it" leads to inaction. Understand me here, due dilligence is absolutely necessary but most of it can be done after you have a property under contract.
* Hire a Coach *
If you truly are not afraid to bust your butt and you absolutely desire to succeed in this business (or any business for that matter) HIRE A COACH. I am living, breathing proof that a good coach will make you bust your butt, ask you to do things that don't make sense and probably piss you off from time to time. Guess what? After following directions consistently, things start to change. The bank account gets a little bigger and all the hard work starts to pay dividens. My coach is directly responsible for an over $50,000 increase in my business revenues, this year alone.
Get off your butt and find some deals!
