The ultimate success scorecard for any manager or business owner is to be able to remove yourself from the day to day operations of your business because it sets you FREE.

After his huge success in the turnaround, D.C. was asked to aid in the acquisition of a local mom and pop Dry Cleaning Business. The project consisted of a rehab and process improvement of a large commercial building and a complete business integration. This is where he discovered that his true passion was in real estate. After this project was complete, D.C. left the business to pursue his MBA in marketing, Finance, and Management.

At the graduate school of Pepperdine University, D.C. was an integral part of developing a curriculum for real estate investing for the school. D.C. served as portfolio manager for the school’s Stock Investment Fund. Here he learned that real estate beats the stock market as an investment hands down.

D.C. has been investing in Real Estate since 1996 and is an expert in foreclosure investing, creative finance, low cost direct response marketing, negotiating to win, and business automation systems. D.C. has completed over $25,000,000 in transactions to date. With only one marketing piece he created, D.C. acquired 103 deeds within a 3 month period. D.C.’s Team of Loss Mitigators negotiates over 150 deals at any given time.

Hey D.C. !

I listened to your Foreclosure investing system's webinar 2 weeks ago, and I just want to tell you how much I loved it ! It was really empowering and I really loved it. I did not really know 'short sales', and I learned interesting things with you this evening.

After the webinar, I wanted to apply for your full program, but I live in Canada, and it was not possible for me to apply, unfortunately. I e-mailed at your office twice since this time, to know if they can do something for me, but I didn't have any answers yet. And time is monney. ;) So don't want to waste lot of time; just exiting to get started as soon as possible.

I suppose your staff is really busy these fortunate times, but I wanted to contact you directly. (Hope you will receive this comment personnally).

Like I told in my previous email, I'm willing to do whatever it takes to making money with short sales. I'm a financial advisor and work on 2-3 others businesses, so I don't have like 20 or 30 hours per week to invest in real estate investing.

This is WHY I really loved your System. I always try to Systemize, and it's a pleasure for me to give you a % of my future sales if you helped me safe time and work with your team !

And also, like I said in my previous emails, in Quebec, Canada, there are not a lot of foreclosures right now. So I think it's better for me to invest in the U.S. market, and I don't worry with that. If your team can help me invest in US, it will be a pleasure for me. I think a phone, a fax, and internet can do the job, no ?!?

If yes, that's cool. If not, I will try to find deals near from me, but because of the small numbers of foreclosures here, right now, it's harder to negociate foreclosures. I tried to find mailing list of homeowners with late payments, in Canada, and I didn't find yet. I will continue my work. (but in 5 minutes, I found tons of list in US). Maybe you know where the list I'm searching are... 

So this is why, if I can just buy and make money in US, by having a phone, internet, email, and fax, and it works, I will do whatever it takes, and do it with your team.
