A little about me

I work full time studying real estate investing and different markets and have been "bird-dogging" for various investors over the past two years. As I have studied different forms of investing, I have recently decided to venture out on my own and focus on short sales and rehabs. I am looking for someone who has cash and good credit and is serious about investing to partner up so that we can purchase deals that I find.

My life revolves around 5 of God's favorite creations - my husband, Willy; my 23-year-old triplets Thomas, Joshua, and Elizabeth; and my adorable Bischon Frise, Sunshine.  If you really are interested, I attached pictures.

I would like to introduce myself as I am new to this site.  I own a wholesaling company in Phoenix and have another branch located in Austin, TX.
