My name is Randy and I am a real estate entrepreneur. I have been actively investing in the Phoenix metropolitan area since 2005. My Companies

Red Mountain Equity (tenative title)

My first business focuses only on finding deals for investors. Yes thats right, bird-dogging and quarterbacking to get paid finder's fees. The average fee being being 1-2% of the net profits after the end buyer purchases, or a flat dollar amount. All of which is negotiable on each deal. Know anybody who wants to buy these deals? Let me know.

Then after enough capitol is raised I will reinvest in the business. A new home office, marketing materials, a seminar or two, some reading, some dvds, and incorporate the business. This will probably be an LLC, since they are relatively inexpensive to incorporate and I believe just as easy to maintain. Know any good attorneys to accomplish this in AZ? Let me know.

Arizona Wholesale Properties (tenative title)

My second business will focus on selling properties to other investors at discounted prices. Yes that's right Wholesale. I'm still deliberating on how to incorporate this business since having all my eggs in one basket leaves me open to legal piercing I don't want or need. Know anybody who would want to buy these properties? Let me know.

Cash 4 Notes (tenative)

My third business focuses an finding and purchasing notes. Yes that's right, Cash Flow Notes. I will market to those carring these notes and buy them at a steep discount. Know anybody with these notes? Let me Know.

Foreclosure Help (tenative)

My fourth busines focuses only on selling properties for distressed buyers who are flipped on their mortgage. Yes thats right, Short Sales. Know someone in this situation? Let me know.

Desert Equity Management (tenetive)

My fifth business focuses only on purchasing properties using subj 2's, and immediately renting them using lease/options. Yes, thats right Property Management. But not just any property management, I will primarily focus on homeowners who want to take advantage of the buyers market and are having difficulty selling in today's market and investors who would like to give up the overhead costs of marketing and managing their buy and hold rental properties

American Funding Conduit (tenative)

Lastly, although not a business yet I am looking for investors who want to fund these deals. That's right private money. You will be placed on the mortgage notes on properties with low LTV's (loan to values) to reduce risk. Earn a great return. Hopefully better than a Bond (t-bill,-t-note) certificate of deposit, or mutual fund. We can work out a flat net earnings split at the sale of a property or a percentage of the monthly cash flow that is created. Interested? Let me know.
