REO Bundles Available

For investors interested in REO properties direct from a bank or financial institution.

We are direct with banks which make up REO Bundles.  SFR., meaning 1 to 4 family homes in any condition.  4 Family on up,  Apartment Buildings or Complexes, or Raw Land , whichever you desire. We also have note packages, Paper for single family and commercial, These packages start at $5 mil or whatever your desires are. Also, keep in mind the bigger the packages the lower the Price Point. All it takes to get started is to provide soft proof of funds and an LOI letter.  If you are financing a pre qualification letter from the financial institution showing your approval for purchase should be enclosed.  Hard cash or other means to purchase are accepted prior to direct contact with the seller.  The LOI should also state the type of properties.  An example is provided at the bottom of this page. Please complete an LOI letter to expedite the process. These packages can be made for any state or location in any state. We will try to provide for your needs in any market in the US. We can accommodate your needs and make your experience with us successful and rewarding.
