About Conrad
I am from Chicago, and I moved to LA (Redondo Beach) in February of 07. I got involved in real estate investing a few months before that, after returning from teaching English in South Korea. I came out to California because I realized that we are only as quality as the people we surround ourselves with, and my friends in CA are top notch. I like running, the gym, fast cars, fast women, I even like fast food. I always help old ladies across the street, and give the homeless spare change. I speak Spanish, Italian, and Korean. When I am not helping ladies across the street, you can find me Salsa dancing. We do two things, we buy rentals all around the country, and we also work in real estate investor education. Anyone who has an interest in getting started investing in real estate, or established investors that want to take their game to the next level, come to us for help. Please get on my buyers list (even if you think you already are). I am a wholesaler in Memphis TN. I wholesale about 1.5 houses a week. most of my deals can be purchased in the $30k-60k range and will have a value of $60K-160K. My average rental cash flows 230/m and has 35% equity and 30k in equity, sometimes more.

My average rehab property will net you at least $25k (after all expenses). I’ve sold houses where the buyer walked with 40-50k after all expenses, when they sold it.

We can also provide property management and/or do the rehab work when needed.
