I own two multi-family properties (total of 17 units) through my company, Hammer Properties. I'll be purchasing new properties and doing a little development in the future.
I've been interested in the "Subject To" strategy, but I've been unable to find attorneys, insurance companies and title companies here in Colorado that are interested in the idea. It has soured me on the strategy -- if other professionals don't want to touch it, I probably shouldn't either.
