Since we don't have a forum to ask questions yet this is an open call to ask other investors about finding pre-foreclosures in Ohio.
Angie worked for a foreclosure attny and she stated that there is no notice of default or lis pendens filed. The first step is the complaint and trying to search through these at the courthouse is a nightmare b/c in our counties they are filed with all other complaints in that particular court system.

Howdy all.
Didn't know if anyone here worked in or near youngstown ohio?
I had a seller contact me today regarding a vacant property, nothing owed,
etc... There had been a fire on the second floor and if I'm correct the owner
is a landlord (waiting to get more info).
I can give some details on this one to anyone interested. I would just
consider a referral fee as I'm in Dayton ohio and know nothing about
that area, but on the surface this looks like something to dig deeper into.
