About Me
I live in San Diego where I swim the ocean and play volleyball. I have wonderful friends and family that enhance my life greatly. My educational background is chemical engineering. Currently I work part-time for a software company and part-time in real estate investing.
My Business
I am looking for sellers in Cincinnati for both single family homes and apartment buildings. I desire to work with anyone that has (preferably cash) buyers for Cincinnati single family homes and/or would like to do a Joint Venture. My goal is make $20K per month as quickly as possible in my real estate business through wholesaling and/or quick-turning properties. I'm not interested in holding any properties at this point.
