I work with investors to help them meet their real estate goals. Personally, I own one rental, and am excited to start investing in more real estate soon. My goal is to do a few flips, build my capital, and then invest in some buy and holds for passive income.

·         Indianapolis has been ranked one of the best cities to invest in real estate based on criteria including little chance of depreciation, lots of available deals, tremendous cash flow, low competition, and multiple exit strategies.

·         Indiana’s property taxes are within the bottom five lowest in the nation.  State law caps property tax increases on homeowners to 1% of their homes assessed values, with 2% caps on rental property. 

·         According to Fortune Magazine “Indianapolis Real Estate was listed as one of only seven cities in the US expected to see home values increase in the next 5 years.”
