My Life Aside from Real Estate

My main squeeze, Maria and I met in highschool, reconnected after highschool, and we were married in Tennessee in 2009.  We have a fantastic relationship and partnership.  She truly is a work of art.  As most women are, she has a propensity to be right, even after breaking down to agree with me.

We have 2 dogs, Deliliah and Poe, with the combined weight of 9 Lbs.

We enjoy being active in our church, her mom's church, our community, and randomly helping perfect strangers. If you haven't decided: that you can help someone less fortunate, you are missing out on meeting some amazing people that will CHANGE YOUR LIFE! (Or whose lives you may be able to change)

Looking For

I am interested in meeting anyone with similar interests.  My priority currently is for Lenders, Investors, and Partners, followed by other business owners, peers, and mentors.

Currently we have properties that are being evaluated and offers being structured for the acquisition of these cash flowing and NP deals.

Investment funding needed, ranges from $10K to $27 Million.

Other Interests

My other interests are travel, music, friends, and helping those less fortunate.

The Harrell Trust Charities will be funded with a portion of my personal profit from The Harrell Trust Company, as our gift back to the communities in which we operate.

My wife and I have developed a concept for a charity to not just "give a man a fish," but to teach them how to feed and teach themselves and others.

Picture a restaurant on the main floor with about 16 apartments above it. We provide hot fresh meals for Donations Only for the hungry. We have a professional manager and a professional chef on hand to direct and assist with operations. The waiters, host/hostess, bussers, and cooks were homeless and unemployed. Now with this charity, they have a minimum wage paying job, and a place to stay as long as they continue to work for the charity, which also provides the necessities for them to maintain hygiene. Their meals are paid for and cooked by the restaurant, their toiletries are provided, their occupational education is free.

Our goal is to hire and train unemployed homeless people, have them feed other homeless and hungry people, provide their room and board for helping the hungry, give them a job/occupational education/experience to approach a better paying job or to define their passion, and keep them off the streets. Our trained cooks, waiters, hosts and hostesses, bussers, and apartment staff will, before moving on to another job, train their replacement…

We will approach pantries and food production companies for the donation of the menu. We will provide toiletries and put a focus on hygiene for our employees/residence. We will seek funding from the government and tax breaks, but we believe that it is our responsibility, not the government, to take care of the less fortunate.

My experience in Real Estate began in 2007 with an REO repair company.  Since then, I have developed partnerships with industry firms, professionals, and individuals, and have developed the concept of The Harrell Trust Company.

The Harrell Trust Company was developed to locate, evaluate, inspect, acquire, manage, and transform cash flowing commercial real estate into better quality communities with higher profits.  Our goal is to; buy smart, develop the communities with our strategy, provide possible 16-20% returns to our investors, structured to pay monthly with a cash out in 5 years by refinancing at a lower interest rate internally or with one of our outside lenders.
