Hi Leslie, I have a property that I am about to make an offer on just outside of Charlotte. It is never been lived in new construction 5b/4.5ba 5200 sq ft. on 1/2 acre in a new golf club development. this property just appraised at 825K two months ago. I am an out of town investor so I will need to wholesale this. it is being offered at about 70% of ARV.
