Looking for good contacts that have access to foreclosure, pre foreclosures or unlisted properties that need to be rehabbed. I have checked all the bank websites that are listed but by the time you put a bid on any of these homes they have already been sold.
We used have huge success at auction but they are becoming more and more scarce of good deals. Unfortunately, the majority of the inventory is picked up before it hits the public market. I have contacted numerous agents that claim to be REO specialist and still not luck. We are financially qualified investors that will buy cash and close ASAP! Is there anyone out there who can help?
