Development: We're developing a mixed use commercial beach front project in this new and up and coming region. We're now accepting $10,000 refundable reservation deposits for the condo's and commercial storefronts. It will consist of: a private beach club, several boutique shops, a SCUBA/snorkeling center, patio, bar, restaurant, showers, lockers, restrooms, a la carte window, wait staff on the beach for patrons renting lounge chairs and shade structures, kayak and snorkel equipment rentals.
Condo's: If you like to dive, owners of the condo's will have membership in the club with discounts on food and SCUBA! The condos may also be placed in our rental program to earn you extra income by renting them to vacationers. We will also offer them in our all-inclusive diving vacations. Construction will be green built, high quality with excellent insulation. Beautiful views of the Caribbean from the master suite and living area with large terraces.
Commercial storefronts: We intend to have excursion contracts for the beach club, SCUBA diving and snorkeling through the cruise ship companies, which should bring a significant amount of traffic to the complex. Each store will have a front entrance and a "rear entrance" that exits onto the walkways leading directly to the SCUBA shop and restaurant on the beach. You may use the store, or lease it out.
