Other Interests

POKERRRR!  I'm a tournament poker player only.   Everytime I do a real estate deal, I treat myself to a poker tournament :-)  (Heck I treat myself to poker tournaments even when I don't have any deals going on lol)

I'm also very much into family (including my 3 cats,) friends, music, movies and more.  And I absolutely adore and love hanging out with my best friends newly adopted son.  Andrew is super awesome to spend time with....he's 15 months old as of March 2008.

And I have interests in building websites for pleasure and business.  I currently have 3 right now; my real estate investing one, a dating site (www.bbwfordating.com), and a gay marriage site (www.gay-marriage-guide.com)

All of them I am very much interested in but the one that I am most passionate about is the Gay Marriage site...it's still a work in progress.  Also, I'm obviously passionate about my real estate investing site lol  (www.SellYourPaHouse.com)

 

About Me

I'm a full-time real estate investor in Pennsylvania.  I'm also a licensed real estate agent and Realtor in PA.  I invest primarily in the Chester County, Montgomery County and Berks County areas.

My Business
See above.  But I've been investing since 1999.  Started out buying mobile homes for cheap and holding the financing on them.  Then in 2001 I got into single family homes.  Rehabs.  In 2007, I did my first few wholesale deals and aboslutely LOVED IT.....I don't know why I didn't do them sooner.  And I also did my first sub2 deal....it's pending settlement now, but it has been an experience.  If I'm going to do sub2's again in the future, which I will, I just have to pick a better property to do them with.
