Ben started his professional career in the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Remote Sensing Industry. He quickly moved from an analyst to a sales representative with a very reputable firm in the Geospatial Industry. After learning the sales process Ben became a consistent top performer while at ERDAS and Leica Geosystems. Ben earned Sales Associate of the Year many times and helped develop new sales processes in his highly technical sales roles. After almost ten years in the geospatial industry Ben decided to make his love for the real estate industry a full time job. Ben still uses his geospatial background in helping customers best find their new homes or investments by using data to help derive decisions. Your Castle Real Estate uses many tools including a proprietary software that finds property on the MLS with great equity position. These tools combined with the knowledge and experience as a real estate investor help lead Ben to be a consistent top producer.
