About Me

Thanks for viewing my profile!  I guess you want to know more about me since you have read this far.  Well I am 34 years old and live in the Detroit Metro Area.  I am new to Real Estate Investing and have only been investing since Nov' 07.  I entered into this business to offset some major losses I took doing business in the Entertainment Industry.  While I still have interests in that industry, I decided it would be better for me to create a solid financial base by investing in Real Estate.

Like most of us I am only looking to secure a future for me and my family as well as right some wrongs of my many mistakes!  With this in mind I have postured myself to create multiple streams of income with Real Estate as a primary revenue base.  I have a corporate background having worked for a Fortune 500 company (which I will not name) as a Senior Revenue Manager for 5 years.  I left with the sole purpose of generating wealth for me and my family.  I am still commited to this purpose today.

I know there is plenty more that I could tell you about myself but it wouldn't make much of a story.  What I think is most important to tell is that I am a man ready to make Deals happen!  Lucrative Deals!  It goes without saying that "what is worth doing is worth doing for money"!  I intend to make this and every new venture successful!

My Business

Complete Real Estate, Inc is the name of our company.  We are currently acquiring and rehabbing properties in Detroit's Burgeoning Market.  It is the perfect market for buying and holding! 

We currently offer Turnkey Solutions to buyers/investors, which is to say that we acquire the property first, rehab it, rent it out (Section 8 mostly) and then sell it.  We also offer our Property Management services for our perspective buyers/investors.  This takes the headache out of a timely process for investors.  Our homes are priced to sell with lots of equity in them!

Our goals include expanding our portfolio to out of state properties in about a year or so.  Buying Mortgage Notes on tenant occupied properties, REO Brokering, New home construction (once the market rebounds) and much more!  We are looking to make positive alliances through this network and hope all our contacts are ready to do the same.

Thanks for the invite. I used to live in Novi, MI and Midland, MI about 10 years ago. But, have since sold out the properties we had there. It is really too far away from where I am now to be involved. We still visit MI once in awhile, we have some friends there still.
