An Investment Team

Current Grade B+
For an investment team I should have the following.
1. Real Estate Attorney - for laws, contracts, and etc.
2. Title Company - to close deals.
(what else do they do?)
3. Estate Agent - assist in selling (if even needed right?)
4. CPA - (tax adviser) help save money and account for money that is made.
5. Mentor - I really need one (anyone interested, I would be willing to be a free assistant for a set amount of time)... or whatever would be... continue reading >>
