About Me
I recently ETS from the U.S. Army. I was a Sergeant in the Infantry 11B at Fort Drum in NY and deployed overseas twice, once to Afghanistan and once to Iraq. I then started an online business.
I am looking for that first deal. I read all the books and went to the shows, and still I find myself unable to leap into real estate investing the way I want to. Perhaps it's fear of doing something wrong, or most likely it's no experience and hands on. If anyone out there is willing, I work hard and learn fast.

Yeah that was my first fix n flip when I was 17. Like I mentioned, this is when I realized the possibilities there are in real estate.

You will soon find out that this site is a haven

If you are a beginner I will take you through some of my blogs so you know how and what to start with.
Also be sure to visit me weekly for your weekly dose of inspirational or life changing quotes along with my blog explaining my understanding or life expereince of such quotes.
Ok, to get started, so you don’t get overwhelmed and get analysis paralysis is to read some of my blogs.
I want you to start off by reading some valuable information that I wish I knew and acquired when I first started.
The first set of blogs will tell you how to prepare yourself in the real estate industry:

Now for the niche that I recommend starting after you have done some “bird dogging”, or even during.
