About Me

Since 1986 I have invested in real estate, mostly residential.

I avoid banks and buy on land contract, seller carry, sub2 - land trust, and private lenders.

I sell on lease option, and get ususally more than market rent.

I use private lenders for minor rehab.

I network with CFPs and CPAs for Private Lenders.
