You can down load all the books of the top investors in the real estate business for free no string attached. There is some really helpful information from how get started, hardmoney loans, renting, flipping, whole sale properties, probate, you name it it's here.

Hello, I would like to throw a deal your way and see if you would be interested in it. You can make a quick $15k on a
short sale. The owner is late on his payments and is going into foreclosure. He owns a house that is rented out for $650 but to keep the tenant in it he cut $200 off his payment this month. The house was bought for $94,500 on 5/08. I figured you could do a short sale for roughly $55k, sell it for $85k, I could give the buyer $3k, I would get $12k, you would get $15k, and the end buyer would have a rental property valued at $146k for $85k with a tenant paying $650 monthly on a $85k mortgage (roughtly $500 monthly)
Or maybe you can just talk me through a short sell, because I don't know the first thing about a short sell.
