About Me

Hello Real Estate Investors!!

My name is Brian Barge, and I'm a young and driven for success. College Student majoring in Business Admin with Concentration in Contract Managment & Finance. I've always had the desire and passion to gain knowledge on investing in general and surround myself with like-minded individuals that share a common goal.

I'm excited about joining your Network and meeting some awesome people to learn from and help with my previous Real Estate experience.. I'm opened to even partnering with investors on deals.

I have already experienced my share of Real Estate opportunities and mostly all of them have been a great learning experience.

My Business

Real Estate investing has it's challenges, however, it can be very rewarding. My focus is in and first major interest is People (Seller & Buyer) Relationships are important in building a successful business. Also a strong advocate of locating and acquiring the right deal or opportunity in Real Estate. Everyting should make sense or it may not be worth the effort. (only my opinion)  I would like to mainly focus on Wholesaling, Lease/Options, Rehabs.

In the market right now, seeking Private Investors. I've been building a Empire State Building List of Motivated Sellers and it continues to grow..  Now I'm ready to establish a Investors/Buyers list, group of people or individuals in search of deals throughout the states. Motivated Sellers? I'm your guy to bridge the gap.

Interested in working with a few serious Novice and Experienced Investors..  Despite the economic downslide. Being a Banker, my clients are deeply concerned about protecting their hard earned money. On the other hand we have exciting times in the market as investors. Banks are motivated, Homeowners are motivated. There are some great opportunities to be motivated as Investors.

I was once told "When time are Worse, There is Opportunity"

Again, I'm excited about joining this network.

All The Best and Much Success to Everyone

Brian

Always interested in great opportunities. Looking forward to learning and making Dreams come to life.

To All Much Success!

Brian

Brian, As detailed as your question is about short-sales its still really broad. What do you mean aquire? Do you have the money and/or funds to satisfy the mortgage company holding the note? Do you want to just get the short-sale accepted and sell the contract? Are you performing the short-sale?

short-sales can be very difficut for a beginner investor and take a lot of knowledge to perform correctly.

Just having a tough time understanding what it is you are trying to do.
