Why I Do What I Do!

It was 1982 and I had just graduated from a private university with a Bachelor of Arts Degree...thought I had it going on...think again!  No job and no job in sight.  Then I landed a corporate job with a major insurance carrier...not exactly in my line of work...but hey it was work.  So to make a long story short time went by and I set into the usual routine of going nowhere fast.  Then came along an opportunity to invest in real estate... so I gave it a shot and I've been shooting every since.  Well at least until about the early 90's when everything hit rock bottom and went belly up.  So I lived off of credit and wits for a few years until that nearly landed me where no one ever wants to go (ok people this is where you read between the lines). At any rate, I decided that if I was going to make ends meet and get back on my feet I needed to do something drastic...and that's when it hit me...from that moment on I found a niche way of buying real estate, land and just about anything with no money and no credit.  And when I say no money I mean NOBODIES money...not your cousins, or your brothers, or your friends...NOBODIES money.  I've developed a real estate technique that works in times of good markets and times of bad markets. It's a technique that doesn't need credit either...half the time there are little to no questions asked. I've bought everything from  occupied multi-families, commercial buildings, land, historical homes, personal homes, single families, entire mobile home parks, and the list goes on and most everything I've bought has been from the comfort of my own home. I'll be talking more about that in other articles and blogs that you'll have to read about, but for now...that gives you a pretty good idea of Why I Do What I Do.
