Sorry to hear about family health issues in Korea. If you can, tonight is the NWCREI meeting in Leominster. I don't expect a very big turn out tonight like I do in Worcester for the WREI meeting on the 22nd regarding REOs. I'll take a look at the blog entry and post as appropriate later. It's been a crazy day.

Hi Lee,
I'm riding solo for a few weeks here Hyun-Ju had to go to Korea for family health issues. I'll try to get out, but I'm pretty busy running the ship over here.
Bty, I know you are a social network type of dude with multiple web sites out there, and if you haven't grabbed them yet, I made a bunch of REI.com buttons and posted them to my profile FREE for the taking.

I also posted a blog from what Housing Court had to say at the meeting. You can see that here if you want to.

Please feel free to share these with your NWCREI members too. We all need all the help we can get.

Yea, I thought it was next week, like the NWCREI meeting.
The 4th Thursday meeting in Worcester is actually the WREI meeting. Same thing applies though as NWCREI members come as members for the weekend REOs Open. We were thinking of allowing NWCLA members to pay the guest rate so they'd save $25. The meeting in Worcester with Jason Babeau is the WREI meeting. NWCREI is next Wednesday.
We were supposed to have our regions largest REO agent next week but they backed out. Instead we have a 3 parter: Jeff Pace from Envirotech will be talking to us about environmental hazards to watch out for as an investor including: lead paint, asbestos, underground oil tanks, etc. and how that relates to you as an investors. We'll also have James and myself with RE investor questions Q&A where people bring their most pressing RE investor questions. Lastly, we'll have a piece on network marketing success and failure. It will include several people currently involved and others can bring their tails of success and woe. NM has potential for the RE investor as another source of income, especially residual income that doesn't involve large amounts of time.

Hi Lee,
Missed you at the NWCLA meeting last night. Had some really great discussion topics from the Worcester Housing Court judge and clerk specialist. Lots of great forum questions and 6 new members joined last night. We also announced the next 2 meetings of the NWCREI. Really looking forward to those meetings. Can you post that info here so folks can pre-register at the NWCREI site? See you soon.
