Hi, Bryan!  I have 2 buyers looking for Commercial property.  One would like a large apartment building, gas station or hotel. Needs to be a good price for the property and the seller be willing to carry part of the note.  The 2nd buyer can purchase up to $5 Million and has cash or can finance.  He would like a Commercial property and it needs to be around an 8% cap.  Got anything?  Janelle

I lived for a number of years in Lake Oswego and Beaverton. I used to own a number of rentals in NE Portland.

Last year I pulled out of my last property in the area for family reasons. I still love the area and expect to consider a move back there in the future.
