On average completing a short sale takes approximately 70 various telephone conversations and nearly 27 hrs of work, and it can involve as many as 50 different components and it takes only one mistake to kill a closing. 

 

Our Approach
We partner with Realtors® in a unique and proven way that creates a win-win-win for the home owner in foreclosure, the Realtor®, and the end-buyer.

Here’s How It Works                          

   1. You are about to list a home and realize the seller has no equity and is behind in their payments.
   2. We go to your listing appointment with a purchase contract already in hand from our private investor.  We offer to buy it!
   3. We provide you all of the additional short sale documents needed for the seller to sign & help you get the paperwork to us.
   4. We sign a compensation agreement with you for a FULL 3% COMMISSION of the Short Sale Price and listing rights. (Paid by our Private Investor)
   5. While we negotiate with the lender to take a discount and approve the sale, you LIST the home for resale with our Private Investor) and get paid another FULL COMMISSION 3%.
   6. We close on the short sale with private investor CASH and sell it to an end buyer with you as the listing agent.
   7. We do all the leg work & YOU GET PAID...Literally twice or Double the Commission!
