Maybe starting some ancilliary jobs with a forclosure agency based out of cali. Adevertising for JVA's for future housing upstarts when market absorbs properly. Advertising for Wind Turbine JVA's aggressivly for Mountain top wind farms in Virginia. Got my start drafiting preliminary concept developments, some of those are still in progress.
