Im excited to be going through the beginning stages of Wholesaling.I've been studying since december when I became a member of this site and now I am calling FSBO's and other leads on a daily basis.I have been to see a couple house's but have not been able to convince the H.O to enter a agreement of purchase with assignment.I'll let yall know when I succeed.

Blake Lam Real Estate is currently in the beginning stages of a Small Residential Subdivision that contains from 10 to 15 above average sized lots.The location or name cannot be revealed so that it does not possibly interfere with negotiations with the executor of the land.We need capital for the project and are looking for opportunities to work with other investors.

Another possibilty is to do a Parcel Flip for the subdivision as opposed to doing a complete build-out,even though I would prefer the latter.
