Hello,
I have a Homeowner who has 4 properties and he need to refinance three properties as soon as possible. The properties are all variable prime loans and in December the loans will increase. Unfortunately the homeowner speaks Spanish only and can not speak,read and write English. Therefore homeowner was Not aware of the terms of the loans. All four loans are two year variables,10% down and rate Will increase next month December.
The loans are with Country wide(2 properties),Chase (1) and the other one he does not know.Countrywide said that they can not refinance due to the terms of the loan.
Can someone please refer me to some Bank or Loan Officer that speaks Spanish to help refinance three properties.
