I currently have 2 rental income properties which I manage myself. I am always looking to network and get to know other Investors all around the USA because I love to travel and meet others in the real estate Investing industry. It seems like every person I meet on the Investing side of real estate are wonderful, unique, down to earth really REALLY great and inspiring people. :) I am 30, lived in Honolulu since 2000 and moved back to Kansas City last year... 
I have fallen back in love with the 'mainland' there is so much to see and explore here!
recent random desire...thinking about going Gold Panning in a couple months...Colorado maybe? At almost $1700 an ounce I could definitely explore some streams and, hmm maybe retire..
Also, I own a fun website called www.RealPropertyHunt.com where we find property leads for other Investors, in any state. We are basically glorified 'bird-dogs'. Why have I decided to do this? Well, I am a Libra, and need mental stimulation and challenges.....so, dare I say it...I actually like to research and find leads! The fun part of my company is that we never charge upfront fees for leads. We freely give out the leads and are only paid when someone procures one!
