I just got a hot deal from a local bank that gave me 3-houses ready to rent, 2-(3)-beds, and 1-(4) bed. each will appraise at $60,000 to $70,000, & produce $600 to 700 per month cash flow! I will wholesale them in a package deal for $66,000 cash, to the first investor you bring to me. As a loan specialist, I have already done the background work. These properties are easily worth $190,000. Andrew, send me a buyer my man!

I have found 60 units in Texas about $50,000 per unit. They are all occupied and near two universities. I am looking for a partner with cash to go in on this deal with me. It has a good cash flow of $43,000 per month.
I also have smaller deals with as little as $20,000 needed to buy a single family house. Let me know if you are interested in doing a deal together. I have several sources of forclosures and REO's
