About Me
I've been investing for about 3 years now, and I'm ready to bump it up to the next level. My first two deals were no money down, owner carry deals that I've held as rentals. I'm in the middle of a rehab project at the moment, as well as a short sale. Although I've been involved for about 3 years, just recently I made it official by starting my LLC, so I can enjoy even more tax benefits, also in hopes to walk away from my current "employee" job. It's time to be the boss!

My business is Alves Acquisitions, LLC. I am involved in Purchasing, Selling, and Consulting. I'll buy anything that can be profitable! I have rental property. I am in the middle of negotiations with a Short Sale. I'm in the middle of a rehab; and I'm in negotiations with an REO property. I'll do it all!

I am looking for an experienced partner to Short Sale with in Southern California.
I have recently, by complete accident, run into numerous Short Sale opportunities, 7 to be exact.
Time is critical! I need to move very fast and I need an experienced partner who also has access to immediate funding.
