Looking for local investors interested in purchasing properties before pre-foreclosure auctions or via REO. I provide the information needed - the investor closes the deal and pays for the lead.
I'm looking for 'partner' type relationships. That's why I am looking for local investors. I wouldn't mind meeting personally with investors to facilitate deals.

My main business interest is to provide pertinent information to investors (short sale, buy/hold, lease option, etc) for the standard finder's fee.
From there I plan to become an active investor myself.
I specialize in pre-foreclosure 'county-courthouse' research in the counties of Prince George's, Montgomery, Howard, Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia. I can on occasion research Baltimore County also. I can find all the pertinent information needed to close any deal(seller name, ph#, property information, approximate value info, etc.).
