I am happily married to my beautiful wife of 10 years. Have a great and smart 9 year old son. I like to read and do things that helps me to grow and expand. Hence is why I'm getting into real estate investing, something I've never done before.

If you have any owner-financed notes that need to be cashed out let me know. I am experienced ex-Realtor in SC and wish I had known about this when I was trying to get some people qualified. It is a great way to get a deal going when all else fails.
