Hello, and thank you for visiting my profile page! I am a Director of National Executive Search services to the Commercial Real Estate Industry with Trovato Group, LLC. We are based out of the Midwest (Madison, WI), with offices in the Southeast (Tampa, FL) and Southwest (Houston, TX).

We work with a select group of real estate companies from coast to coast in virtually every region and major metropolitan area of the United States. Our clients are developers/owners, third-party management firms, corporate real estate entities, real estate investment companies (including REITS, private equity investors & pension funds), real estate finance firms, real estate advisory & consultancy firms, architectural firms, design/build companies, brokerage firms and mortgage lenders, including large firms (major players, both public and private), mid-sized, growth emerging firms,and small, privately held firms. 

On the development side, our clients typically include developers of office, industrial, retail, multi-family, hospitality, gaming, resort, and healthcare assets. 

We form working partnerships with clients who are interested in our ability to identify, evaluate and place mid-level, senior management and executive level professionals with skills/positions/titles in the areas of development, project management, asset management, property management, operations management, risk management, marketing, human resources, leasing, corporate real estate management, finance (CFO/Controller/Finance Director), real estate analyst, loan originations, debt/equity financing and capital markets.
