My Business
Painfreeproperties.com is a joint venture, investors concierge service.
We have established great relationships with multiple banks throughout the country and we buy their foreclosed homes in over 20 major metropolitan areas throughout the Untied States directly from these institutions in bulk for $.10 to $.40 cents on the dollar.
We perform a full rehabilitation on each property with an appraised value, which is typically between $40,000 - $100,000 when completed.
We have over 60 dedicated workers performing over 20 rehabs a week. We take care of the property tax assessments, any code violations, liens & zoning issues so when we offer the properties they are up to code with no encumbrances.
We need investors because we can't buy all of them ourselves.
There are just too many and we offer those homes at $31,900.
Once we have acquired the homes we then pre-screen & contract, real estate agents, property managers, contract for deed buyers or tenants for each home.
