I just wanted to let you know that I am interested in SHORTSALES (Single family, move in ready). I Actually would like to be able to do them myself (with my team) but still give a 6% commission to the agent (less work for him/her). I look for 500k upwards to 5 million. I am a cash buyer, and want to relist the property with the agent for a quick sale. Agent must be willing to allow my team the negotiating power. I am working with a company called "Lease to Own Realty". We are based out of Dallas, and we help renters become homeowners through a no $ down, no closing cost, 30 yr fixed rate mortgage, and up to a 18 month lease period during which they may assume the mortgage and own the home!
Our program is not like a normal rent to own program. We have associations with Morgan Stanley and Quicken Loans!
