I moved to Columbus, OH about 9 months ago for the purpose of love but currently own two fairly low maintenance duplexes in Mansfield, OH which I rent.  My full time occupation is in the industry of scrap metal recycling which is also in Mansfield and usually keeps me very busy.  I have an entrepreneurial mind and have always been enthralled with real estate.  I am always looking for resources and tools to learn about different aspects of the real estate business and market.  I am content with my two properties, but  I am sure that I am going to want to continue to grow my investment in real estate in the future.
