Flippers I have a growing network of contractors and extra help on hand for quicker flips.
I get straight to the point and I dont like to stay with a contract for too long. Therefore, both my investor and seller are both getting a quick deal.

THERE IS ALOTE OF MONEY TO BE MADE IN THE REAL ESTATE INVESTING BUSINESS. HOWEVER, YOU CAN ALSO LOSE ALOTE OF MONEY, TRYING TO MAKE IT ALONE IN THIS BUSINESS. THAT IS WHY I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU JOIN THE BARON SERIES WEALTH MENTORING PROGRAM. IT IS LOCATED ON MY PROFILE.

Congrats on learning ways to buy your own home without credit. Is it owner financed, lease option, subject to, loan assumption?
