I have basicallly took it upon myself to learn the Real Estate business. I  gradually gathered all the free information I could, but because all of the information I aquired was chopped down to a sample size, I had to make sense of what I had. It took about 3 years to get confident enough to get out there in the feild and apply what I have learned, but eventually I did. It took awhile to figure things out. However, I am in the business now and doing pretty okay. If I do say so myself. Cool

Investors I dont only find them but I structure the contract. I hand over a packaged deal and all you do is sign on the dotted line.

Flippers I have a growing network of contractors and extra help on hand for quicker flips.

I get straight to the point and I dont like to stay with a contract for too long. Therefore, both my investor and seller are both getting a quick deal.

My mission is to make both investors and seller's happy in the simpliest and fastest way possible. Everyones happy because everyones making money! Simple as that!
