Last week I found my first RE-project, a 8 unit MFH in West Cincinnati. Vacant, but in good shape. All Units 2 bed with 1 bath, property is 66x120, has no off street parking. Parcels left and right of the house are for (cheap) sale.
Will send appraiser or an home inspector to the house (dont forget I live in Germany today). What is the costs for the appraiser or the inspector in Ohio, the county´s tax value is $170k.
